Sweet Mustard Sauce

Two kinds of mustard mixed with sugar make a sweet, tangy contrast to cool, salty gravlax.

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  1. Stir together all ingredients.
