Crostini

This recipe adapted from "Martha Stewart Holiday Party Foods."

Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 small baguette (about 6 ounces), cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brush each bread slice on both sides with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet; toast until light golden, 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Remove from oven, and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cook's Note

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day.
