- Angostura bitters
- 3 ounces gin, chilled
- Lemon peel, for garnish (optional)
Pour bitters into a chilled 12-ounce rocks glass. Swirl bitters around glass to coat. Pour out any excess. Add gin and 3 ounces water; garnish with lemon peel, if desired.
