- Yield: Makes 1 cup
- 2 bunches scallions, white and green parts, trimmed and finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients, and mix to combine.
The seasoning can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
