Bourbon Cream

Use this whipped cream to top Pumpkin Pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon

Directions

  1. Whisk cream until soft peaks form. Add bourbon, and whisk gently to incorporate. Serve immediately.
