Venus Blush Cocktail
Celebrate the most romantic of holidays with this festive -- and delicious -- cocktail recipe, adapted from Salumeria Rosi.
- Yield: Makes 1 cocktail

- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces prosecco
- 1/2 ounce blood orange juice
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- Splash of club soda
- 1 slice blood orange, for garnish
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. Fill with prosecco, orange juice, and Aperol; top with a splash of club soda. Serve immediately garnished with orange slice.
