Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, parsley, shallot, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
