    This classic coffee drink from Turkey is very strong but is sweetened with sugar while it brews.

    • Yield Makes 4 cups

    Ingredients

    • 4 small coffee cups of water
    • 4 scoops of coffee
    • 4 spoons of sugar

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in coffeepot. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat immediately. Pour coffee into 4 small coffee cups and serve.
