Berry Maple Syrup

Pour this berry-infused maple syrup over your breakfast pancakes or waffles. Use any combination of berries and any grade of maple syrup.

  • 1 cup pure maple syrup (any grade)
  • 1 cup mixed berries


  1. Heat maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until reduced by half. Add berries. Reduce heat, and simmer until berries are softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let steep for 20 minutes.
