Blue Cheese Dressing for Spicy Buffalo Chicken Balls

Use to make Mini Spicy Buffalo Chicken Balls with Blue Cheese and Hot Sauce from The Meatball Shop.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled, preferably Maytag blue
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar


  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
