Blue Cheese Dressing for Spicy Buffalo Chicken Balls


Use to make Mini Spicy Buffalo Chicken Balls with Blue Cheese and Hot Sauce from The Meatball Shop.

  • Yield: Makes 2 1/2 cups

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled, preferably Maytag blue
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar


  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.

    this is a fantastic recipe, the flavor is so good & it's nice because it doesn't use buttermilk which I don't often have in the house & don't care for much.

    ijp - This is a recipe for Blue Chesses Dressing. If you are referriing to the meatball recipe from "The Meatball Show" ...the recipe says 450 for 15 minutes.
