Coconut Glaze

Use this glaze for our Coconut Angel Food Cake.

  • Yield: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon canned unsweetened coconut milk, plus more if needed

Directions

  1. Whisk together sugar and coconut milk until smooth. Glaze should be the consistency of glue. If glaze is too thick, add more coconut milk, 1 teaspoon at a time.

Cook's Notes

Glaze can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
