This version of the classic cocktail comes to us from the master mixologist Dale DeGroff.
- 1 dash dry French vermouth
- 3 ounces gin or vodka, chilled
- Ice cubes
- Green cocktail olive, lemon-peel twist, or tomolive, for garnish
In a pint-size glass, stir the Vermouth, gin or vodka, and ice cubes 50 times. Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olive, lemon twist, or a tomolive.
