Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 pounds spinach leaves
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
