Sturgeon Salad

Serve with Yukon Gold Potato Blini from chef Thomas Keller's "The French Laundry Cookbook."

  • yield: Makes enough for 3 dozen small blini

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked sturgeon
  • 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 6 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to combine.
