Dehydrated Balsamic Lettuce

Dehydrated Balsamic Lettuce


  • 16 baby Bibb, or other baby lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Villa Manodori balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Celtic sea salt


  1. In a medium bowl, toss to combine lettuce, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt. Arrange lettuce on a nonstick drying sheet. Place in dehydrator set at 105 degrees until wilted but not dried, about 30 minutes.
