The Capote Martini
- 1/2 ounce Harvey Bristol Cream Sherry
- 2 1/2 ounces Level vodka
- Ice cubes
- 1 green olive, stuffed with a pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary needles, plus 1 sprig
Combine the sherry, vodka, and rosemary needles in a shaker filled with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Thread olive onto rosemary sprig. Add to glass for garnish; serve immediately.
