Simple Syrup for Campari Cocktails

Use this syrup to make our Fresh Grapefruit-Campari Cocktails.

  • Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water


  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan, and cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Let cool.

Syrup can be refrigerated for up to 1 month.
