Simple Syrup for Campari Cocktails
Use this syrup to make our Fresh Grapefruit-Campari Cocktails.
- Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan, and cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
