Make a healthy and delicious green vegetable cocktail using nutritious fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 ripe pear
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/4 ripe papaya, seeds removed
  • 1 piece (1 inch) ginger

Directions

  1. Juice all ingredients in a juicer. Serve immediately.

Variations

Martha has also made this recipe omitting papaya.
