Green Vegetable Cocktail
Make a healthy and delicious green vegetable cocktail using nutritious fruits and vegetables.
- 1 cup packed spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 ripe pear
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/4 ripe papaya, seeds removed
- 1 piece (1 inch) ginger
Martha has also made this recipe omitting papaya.
Juice all ingredients in a juicer. Serve immediately.
