Vanilla and Citrus Glazes

  • Yield: Makes 1 cup (enough to glaze 4 dozen spritz cookies)
Vanilla and Citrus Glazes

Ingredients

For Citrus Glaze:

  • 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh citrus juice
  • 3 teaspoons finely grated citrus zest
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup

For Vanilla Glaze:

  • 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients. Use for dipping.
