Rosemary Simple Syrup

Use this simple syrup to create our Rosemary Vodka Tonics.

  • Yield: Makes 1/2 cup
Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 large rosemary sprig


  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add rosemary. Let steep for 2 hours. Remove rosemary sprig.

Cook's Note

Simple syrup can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
