Bouquet Garni

Bouquet garni is used for flavoring (usually in stews or sauces). This recipe is from chef Anthony Bourdain.

Ingredients

  • 1 sprig of flat parsley
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

  1. Tie ingredients together with string. Tying the bundle in cheesecloth makes it easier to retrieve from the pot.
