Classic Homemade Lemonade
How do you please every constituency? Supply mix-and-match ingredients for a variety of beverages. Serve classic lemonade by itself, or blend it with raspberry simple syrup and sparkling water.Add vodka and -- ta-da!-- a raspberry-lemonade Vodka Collins. Decorate the bar with an arrangement of scarlet gomphrena, white astilbes, and dark-blue agapanthus.

- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (from about 10 lemons)
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 2 cups water
Strain lemon juice through a fine sieve into a pitcher. Add sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Stir in water.
