- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces chilled sparkling apple cider
- Thin red-apple slice
Pour bourbon and lemon juice into a tall Champagne glass. Top with apple cider. Garnish with apple slice.
