- 1 1/2 ounces dry gin
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes bitters (preferably Angostura)
- Lemon twist
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add gin, vermouth, and bitters and top off with seltzer. Stir and serve with a lemon twist.
