Gin Sling

Pair this classic cocktail with Garlic-Herb Pinwheels.

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces dry gin
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes bitters (preferably Angostura)
  • Seltzer
  • Lemon twist


  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add gin, vermouth, and bitters and top off with seltzer. Stir and serve with a lemon twist.
