- 1/2 baguette
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut baguette into 1/2-inch-thick slices. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a single layer until crostini are toasted and crisp, about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
