Apricot-Cayenne Fizz

This refreshing fruity drink packs a punch, thanks to a pinch of cayenne.

Apricot-Cayenne Fizz

  • 3 ounces apricot nectar
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large pinch cayenne pepper
  • Seltzer


  1. Shake apricot nectar, brandy, apricot brandy, fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a tall ice-filled glass. Top off with a splash of seltzer. Stir gently.
