Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

Slightly salty, with the perfect crumbly-chunky texture, this dressing is ideal for spooning over big wedges of iceberg lettuce. (It's also delicious as a dip for Buffalo wings.)

  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat (2 percent) Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon red-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


  1. Shake together blue cheese, yogurt, milk, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
