Seasoned salt adds flavor and texture without the high sodium content of salt alone.

- 1/4 cup coarse or sea salt
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 2 tablespoons roughly ground fennel seeds
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store seasoned salt in an airtight container.
