Peanut-Green Onion Relish

  • 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons packed dark-brown sugar
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Use immediately.
