Sara's Salad Greens Mixture

Use this salad-greens mixture to make Sara Foster's Breakfast Burritos.

  • 2 cups arugula leaves
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, toss arugula, spinach, olive oil, and vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
