Irish Shillelagh

  • 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 ounce sloe gin
  • 1/2 ounce light rum


  1. Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with two thin slices of fresh peach.
