Matcha Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a small saucepan bring about 1/4 cup spring or mineral water to a boil over high heat; immediately reduce to a simmer.

  2. Step 2

    Place the matcha in a tea bowl. Pour hot water over matcha and whisk briskly with a bamboo tea whisk until a light foam has formed. Serve immediately.
