Thai Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (Thai hot chili sauce) or 1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
