Lemon Parsley Power Pack
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and serve on chicken or fish.
