Lemon Parsley Power Pack

  • Yield: Makes about 1/3 cup


  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and serve on chicken or fish.
