Ginger Mint Water

Ingredients

  • 1 (four-inch piece) ginger, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 2 quarts spring water
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint

Directions

  1. Use a mortar and pestle to crush the ginger. Crush mint. Combine water, ginger, and mint in large pitcher. Let steep for 1 hour before serving over ice.
