Kefir with Berries
This recipe for kefir with berries was originally featured in the January 2008 issue of Martha Stewart Living.
- 2 cups nonfat kefir, yogurt, or buttermilk
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups berries
- 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide evenly between 2 glasses; serve immediately.
