Pisco Sour

This recipe comes from Allen Katz, host of "The Cocktail Hour" on Martha Stewart Living Radio.

  • 2 ounces BarSol pisco
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 egg white


  1. Shake ingredients over ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass or champagne flute. Garnish with 2 dashes of bitters on the head of the cocktail.
