- 2 ounces BarSol pisco
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 egg white
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass or champagne flute. Garnish with 2 dashes of bitters on the head of the cocktail.
