Heat grill to high. In a medium bowl, use a fork to gently combine beef, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper. Gently form mixture into four 1-inch-thick patties.
Place patties on hottest part of grill; sear until browned, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Move patties to cooler part of grill; continue grilling until desired doneness, 4 to 8 minutes per side.
Split the hamburger buns and toast on the grill if you like; place a burger on each bun and serve with the desired accompaniments.
Suggested accompaniments: cheese slices, sliced beefsteak tomatoes, red and white onions (raw or grilled), ketchup, mustard, pickles, mayonnaise, Boston lettuce leaves
Nothing special. Used my forman grill. Maybe thats where I went wrong. Next time will try broiler.
This is best burger! Since we've had this burger we can eat no other.
One modification: I made on the stove in a large skillet that using high heat (skillet well-heated before the meat goes in near center) then I move the paties (only two at time) to outer edges and reduced the heat to medium-low.
lol nope i dont see an amount for the salt and pepper, dont know how you can put too much when an amount isnt even listed XD
Am I the only one who DOESN'T see an amount listed for the salt and pepper? I think that means you should use your own judgement.

The salt and pepper was a bit of an overkill but halved was superb ! Perfect second time around with the S
Does this seem like a lot of salt and pepper to anyone else?
