Flour Tortilla Chips

This easy recipe for flour tortilla chips comes from "Martha Stewart's Hors d'Oeuvres Handbook."

  • 12 6-to-8-inch round flour tortillas


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut tortillas into 1-inch-wide strips; discard any leftover rounded end pieces. Alternatively, cut tortillas into 8 wedges. Place cut tortillas on a baking sheet and bake until crisp, 5 to 7 minutes.

    Made these today and are they good. Also tried the Tortilla Chips recipe without the oil and salt, make like these above. All was good along with the "Fresh Tomato Salsa". Never going to buy Salsa again, not with such good recipes. Thanks Martha
