- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons white miso paste (asianfoodgrocer.com)
- 1 tablespoon safflower oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Shake together water, miso paste, oil, ginger, zest, and orange juice.
