Morcilla Bloood Sausages
- Servings: 10
- 12 links blood sausage (about 2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Coarse salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Place sausages on the heated grill. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
