Whole-Grain Toast with Yogurt and Pistachios


This breakfast combines protein, fiber, and healthy fat to give you energy all morning long.

  • 4 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 slices whole-grain toast
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon shelled pistachios


  1. Spread yogurt on toast. Drizzle each slice with honey. Sprinkle each with pistachios. Serve immediately.
