Super Soy Smoothie

- Yield: Makes about 2 cups

- 1/2 cup pineapple cubes
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
