Super Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
