Donna Karan's Green Juice
This invigorating recipe for green juice comes from fashion designer Donna Karan.

- 5 apples, preferably organic
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 1/2 bulb fennel
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 1 (1-to-2-inch) piece of ginger
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2 cups kale, spinach leaves, or parsley sprigs
Juice all ingredients in a juicer. Divide evenly between 2 glasses and serve.
