Market Peach Smash

  • 1/2 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 ounce Tarragon Syrup
  • 2 ounces London dry gin


  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the peach with the tarragon syrup. Add gin and shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and float a thin slice of peach on top.
