This is a great classroom activity for Halloween. Mine aren't as pretty but I listed the steps and pictures here:

It took me four hours to do ten of these. They are very cute though , and doing them 3 days ahead of time works well.

Who says you need to fill it??? What a great idea to make fuit fun for kids!!
You could avoid the sorbet soup problem by filling them with mandarin orange segments instead of sorbet. It isn't gourmet, but little kids would probably be just as impressed.
I am soooo going to try this for my Room Mom show off bit!! I can just imagin them all melting. Oh well sorbet soup- they'll love it!! It is all about the presentation and this one is AWESOME!

I will use this as a dessert for my doll club! I just know they will love it. The chocolate ice cream is a great idea too!
