Hot Fudge Sauce

This recipe for hot fudge sauce is from the "Martha Stewart Living Cookbook."

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine heavy cream and corn syrup in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook until bubbles barely break the surface. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted.

    Amazing!!! This hot fudge is so easy and so delicious. My kids loved it and I loved that they were eating something with fewer ingredients than the usual...Enjoy!
