Soda Fountain Egg Cream
Don't be fooled by the name -- the king of New York diner drinks is actually made with milk, chocolate syrup, and seltzer -- but no eggs.

- 1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 16 ounces cold seltzer or sparkling water
Pour 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup into each of four 10-ounce glasses. Pour 1/4 cup milk over syrup. Add 4 ounces seltzer or sparkling water to each glass, stirring vigorously. Serve immediately.
