Egg Cream

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup into each of four 10-ounce glasses. Pour 1/4 cup milk over syrup. Add 4 ounces seltzer to each glass, stirring vigorously. Serve immediately.

    this is the same egg c ream i grew up with in bklyn ny and i still enjoy it every time but you must drink this with a nice stick saloty pretzle oxox
