Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 green olives, pitted and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olives, olive oil, parsley, capers, and 1 tablespoon water.
