- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 green olives, pitted and quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olives, olive oil, parsley, capers, and 1 tablespoon water.
